Lloyds TSB - Case Study.

LTSB Cardnet chose TSN, based on their experience & knowledge of the merchant acquiring / payments sector - to help resource their growing Sales/Account Management team in the UK.

Some of these roles required new sales and account management people with very specific skills and experience - in some respects, this assignment required a very different approach and presented some new challenges both for the business and TSN.

Part of the challenge in this situation, was to agree the profile, skills & experience criteria which would most likely to succeed - then to identify the relevant people with the right potential and finally to engage with the top talent available and successfully promote the new employer / opportunity.
